6. Payments & Fees

• Payments between brands and creators are processed securely through the platform.

• Nuevo Trends may charge a service fee or commission on each transaction.

• All payments must be made through authorized channels only.

7. Affiliate & Product Shipments

• Brands may send free products or PR packages to creators for promotional purposes.

• Nuevo Trends is not responsible for product damage, delays, or disputes arising from such shipments.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once a campaign has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled midway.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed only for campaigns that fail to start due to system or verification errors.

9. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and trademarks on Nuevo Trends are the property of the platform.

• Brands and creators retain ownership of their original content but grant Nuevo Trends a limited license to display and promote campaign results.
