Nuevo Trends – Influencer Terms & Conditions

By signing up as an influencer on Nuevo Trends, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure professionalism, transparency, and mutual success.

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age: 18 years or older

• Must have active social media profiles (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with authentic, engaging content

• Must pass Nuevo Trends’ verification process to ensure real followers and category alignment

2. Influencer Responsibilities

• Create, post, and promote content according to the campaign brief

• Content must be original, brand-safe, and delivered on time

• Use appropriate disclosure tags like #ad, #sponsored as per ASCI and platform guidelines

• Maintain professional communication with brands and Nuevo Trends team

3. Campaign Participation

• Influencers are expected to follow campaign briefs and deadlines.

• Delays or deviations must be communicated in advance.

• Failure to comply may result in removal from the campaign or withholding of payments.

4. Compensation

• Payments will be made as per agreed terms, post-completion and approval of deliverables.

• Influencers may also receive free products, gift vouchers, or affiliate commissions, depending on the campaign type.

• Any tax liabilities arising from earnings are the influencer’s responsibility.

5. Campaign Attendance & Event Policy

• Attendance is mandatory for selected online or offline brand events

• Failure to attend without valid prior notice will result in:

  • ₹5,000 penalty or

  • 50% deduction of the campaign fee, based on project value

• Repeated absence can lead to temporary suspension from campaigns

6. Payout Structure

Influencer earnings are processed in two parts:

• 40% Advance Payment:
  Credited to your Nuevo Wallet once the campaign is confirmed and draft deliverables are submitted.

• 60% Final Payment:
  Credited after brand approval of the completed campaign (post is live and verified).

• Payment status and history are viewable in your influencer dashboard.

7. Wallet & Withdrawal Policy

• Wallet funds can be withdrawn anytime to your registered UPI or bank account

• Minimum withdrawal limit: ₹500

• Withdrawals are processed within 2–5 working days

8. Content Rights & Licensing

• You retain full ownership of the content you create

• Nuevo Trends and associated brands receive a non-exclusive license to:

• Share, repost, or promote your content on digital channels

• Separate consent will be requested for usage in paid ads or offline promotions

9. Payment Terms

• No joining fees to register as an influencer

• Payment models may include:

• Fixed fees

• Affiliate commissions

• Product barter

• Terms are clearly defined before campaign confirmation

• Influencers are responsible for their own tax declarations and filings

10. Confidentiality

• Influencers must keep all campaign information confidential:

• Briefs, payout details, brand names, and private communications

• Any unauthorized sharing may lead to termination from the platform

11. Misconduct & Termination

Influencers will be suspended or banned for:

• Use of fake followers/engagement

• Posting inappropriate or abusive content

• Breach of timeline, poor-quality work, or repeated non-performance

12. Dispute & Jurisdiction

• All legal matters are subject to Pune, Maharashtra, India jurisdiction

• Any disputes will be handled as per Indian contract and IT laws
